Marcus & Millichap Brokers Sale of 92K-SF Self-Storage Portfolio in Maine

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of JMC Self-Storage Portfolio, a 92,275-square-foot self-storage portfolio located throughout southern Maine. The sales price was not disclosed.

The JMC Portfolio is located throughout southern Maine, with three of the four sites within 20 miles of the Portland area. These facilities have 793 total combined units, totaling 92,275 net rentable square feet. They are all stable, cash-flowing facilities.

Nathan Coe, Brett Hatcher and Gabriel Coe of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a limited liability company, in the transaction. The buyer was not disclosed.
