Marcus & Millichap Brokers Sale of 91K-SF Self-Storage Facility in North Florida

Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of Premier Boat & RV Storage, a 91,098-square-foot self-storage facility in St. Augustine, FL. The sales price was not disclosed.

Premier Boat & RV Storage is located in St. Augustine, which is approximately 35 miles from Jacksonville.  The facility features 54 covered parking spaces and 150 open parking spaces, totaling 91,098 net rentable square feet. The property boasts state of the art accommodations including RV wash and detailing stations, water hydrants, dump stations and lock and battery sales.

Nathan Coe, Brett Hatcher and Gabriel Coe of Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus office represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. The buyer was also not disclosed. Ryan Nee, Marcus & Millichap’s Florida Broker of Record, assisted in closing this transaction.
