Marcus & Millichap Brokers Sale of 83K-SF Self-Storage Facility in Central Florida
Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of Storage Authority, an 82,850 square-foot self-storage facility located in Mulberry, FL. The sales price was $14 million.
Storage Authority is located in Polk County, which is a rapidly growing area in Central Florida. The facility is about 25 miles east of downtown Tampa and features 660 total units totaling 82,850 net rentable square feet while being situated on over nine acres of land.
Nathan Coe, Meir Perlmuter, Brett Hatcher and Gabriel Coe of Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus office represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. Marcus & Millichap’s Ryan Nee, Florida Broker of Record and Division Manager, assisted in closing this transaction. The buyer was not disclosed.
