Marcus & Millichap Brokers Sale of 48-Unit Multifamily in Wisconsin

Marcus & Millichap completed the sale of West Side Apartments, a 48-unit multifamily property in Mauston, Wisconsin.

“West Side Apartments offered investors a rare opportunity to acquire a high-quality, newly built asset with strong lease-up momentum,” said Matthew Whiteside, senior managing director investments. “Its proximity to the Wisconsin Dells market and two of the state’s largest lakes further enhances its long-term investment potential in this growing regional tourism corridor.”

Whiteside, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Mautson 80, LLC, and procured the buyer, Greenfeather Twenty-Eight, LLC. The newly constructed multifamily community is situated on 7.35 acres at 702 Loomis Drive. It includes 24 one-bedroom and 24 two-bedroom condo-style units across 48,336 rentable square feet.
