Marcus & Millichap Brokers Sale of 41K-SF Annapolis Industrial Facility

Marcus & Millichap completed the sale of a fully-occupied industrial facility located at 1812-1820 Margaret Avenue in Annapolis, Maryland. The asset sold for $9.125 million.

“This well-maintained asset offers tenants a unique mix of warehouse and showroom space not commonly found in the submarket,” said John Faus, director investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Washington, D.C., office. “The Annapolis Design District continues to function as a robust business hub supporting the growth of the greater Annapolis area.” Faus, along with Bryn Merrey, senior managing director investments, represented the seller and procured the buyer, a private investor.

The 41,059-square-foot, two-story facility sits on 1.65 acres. The property has six tenants and features open warehouse space with 22-foot ceiling heights, skylights and reserved parking. Located in the Annapolis Design District, the property provides convenient access to Route 50, Interstate 97 and BWI Airport, and is within driving distance of Baltimore and Washington, D.C.
