Marcus & Millichap Brokers Sale of 34K-SF Retail Plaza

Marcus & Millichap completed the sale of 192nd Plaza, a 34,923-square-foot retail property in Camas, Washington. The asset sold for $9.65 million and was purchased by local Clark County investors.

Clayton J. Brown, Dylan Wolf and Ruthanne Loar, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Seattle office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.

Located at 2005 SE 192nd Avenue 2011 SE, the high-quality 2010 construction retail center is near the Vancouver Innovation Center, a 179-acre master-planned campus. The 100% occupied center with a roster of 11 tenants had the Brown Retail Group representing the sellers, a developer partnership based in Clark County.
