Marcus & Millichap completed the sale of Creekside Village, a 31-unit multifamily property in Grain Valley, Missouri.

“Creekside Village attracted significant investor interest because of its location in one of the Kansas City area’s fastest-growing suburban markets,” said Jacob Carroll, associate director of investments. Carroll and Aaron Kuroiwa, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Kansas City and Indianapolis offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Creekside SPE – Apartments, LLC, and procured the buyer, a Kansas City-based investor. 

Creekside Village Apartments is situated on 1.21 acres at 900 N.E. Deer Creek Road. Built in 2007, the property features 31 one- and two-bedroom units across 28,055 rentable square feet. Located approximately 25 minutes east of downtown Kansas City, the community is near major retail, dining and recreational amenities.
