Marcus & Millichap Brokers Sale of 22-Unit Apartment Portfolio in Ocala

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $1.2 million sale of the SW Ocala Portfolio, a 22-unit apartment portfolio in Ocala.

The SW Ocala Portfolio consists of 11 duplexes spread throughout six parcels in southwest Ocala. Each unit consists of two-bedrooms/one-bathroom and washer/dryer hookups. The buildings are concrete block construction, have metal roofs and were built between 1964 and 1969.

Miles Tombrink, Casey Babb, Luis Baez and Shawn Rupp of Marcus & Millichap represented the buyer, a private investor, in the transaction. The seller was not disclosed.
