Marcus & Millichap Brokers Sale of 17-Unit Apartment Property in Valrico

Pine Grove Townhomes

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of Pine Grove Townhomes, a 17-unit apartment property in Valrico. The sales price was not disclosed.

Pine Grove Townhomes is located at Pine Knot Drive in Valrico, approximately 16 miles east of Tampa. Built in early 2000, all seventeen units are within five neighboring buildings on the same street. Units feature open floor plans, private patios, fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers, washer/dryer connections in all units and private garages. Community amenities include a swimming pool, playground and several tenant gathering areas.

Luis Baez, Casey Babb, Dan Mulkey and Shawn Rupp of Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office represented the seller, a developer, in the transaction. The buyer was not disclosed.
