Marcus & Millichap Brokers Pacific Beach Apartment Sale

Commercial real estate firm Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $3.5 million sale of Villa Pacific, a 10-unit apartment community in the Pacific Beach neighborhood of San Diego. The buyer in the transaction was VisionWise Capital.

Austin Huffman, vice president investments and Christopher J. Zorbas, executive managing director investments in Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego Del Mar office had the exclusive listing on behalf of the seller, 1215 Hornblend, LLC. The pair also procured the buyer.

Located at 1215 Hornblend St. in the heart of Pacific Beach, Villa Pacific is comprised entirely of 450- to 500-square-foot studios with 10 off-street parking spaces. The property is situated between busy Grand and Garnet Avenues, providing great walkability to many bars, eateries and coffee shops, and is just 5 blocks from the Pacific Ocean.
