Marcus & Millichap Brokers NJ Self Storage Sale

Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of Highlands Self Storage, a 53,865-square-foot facility in Franklin, NJ. Terms of the sale were not disclosed. The property, sold for an undisclosed price, was marketed by Kevin Bledsoe and Matthew Junkin from Marcus & Millichap’s King of Prussia office on behalf of the seller.

Located at 178 N Church Rd, Highlands Self Storage was built and operated by the original owner and features high-end amenities such as water features and wine storage. A 15,000-square-foot expansion completed in 2021 reached full capacity within six months. The property was nominated for Mini Storage Messenger Specialty Facility of the Year in 2018.

“I met the owners of Highland Self Storage when I started in brokerage, almost ten years ago,” said Bledsoe. “We became great friends over the years and spent a lot of time discussing operational strategies to optimize their investment.”
