Marcus & Millichap Brokers Hickory Hills MF Sale

Marcus & Millichap’s Andrean Angelov and Ryan D. Engle have brokered the sale of Hickory Glen Apartments, a 48-unit apartment property in Hickory Hills, IL, for an undisclosed sum.

Angelov, First VP investments, and Engle, SVP investments, in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller and represented the buyer.

Built in 1964, Hickory Glen Apartments is located at 8530 W. 95th St. and consists of two 24-unit buildings of one-bedroom/one-bathroom floor plans. The property features on-site storage spaces for each unit, on-site laundry facilities and off-street parking.

The area provides convenient access to public transportation, with the Willow Springs Metra station and the Chicago Ridge Metra station located approximately four miles away and Pace Bus stops located within walking distance. Midway International Airport is about nine miles to the Northeast.

The Connect Apartments Conference will take place June 20, 2019 in Los Angeles. For more information, or to register, click here.
