Marcus & Millichap Brokers $8M Sale of Wyndham Garden Gainesville Hotel

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $8.4 million sale of Wyndham Garden Gainesville, a 197-room hospitality property located in Gainesville. Ahmed Kabani of Marcus & Millichap’s Miami office represented the buyer, a limited liability company, in the transaction.

Wyndham Garden Gainesville is located at 2900 SW 13th St in Gainesville. The property is located nearby the University of Florida and features a lot size of nearly eight acres.

“Along with implementing a strong management team, the buyer, who is a well versed in the hospitality industry, plans on running the property as a hotel and extended stay,” said Kabani. “Our Team is very happy to facilitate the deal and be a part of this transaction in the Gainesville community.”
