Marcus & Millichap Brokers $7M Sale of Palm Harbor Retail Property

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $7.4 million sale of Curlew Lakes, a 44,389-square-foot retail property in Palm Harbor. The property is located at 31077 US Hwy 19 N.

James Medefind and Evan Cannan of Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office represented the seller, a limited liability company, in the transaction. The buyer, a private investor, was represented by Rob Narchi of Marcus & Millichap’s West Los Angeles office.

“Our ability to work closely with colleagues located in offices throughout the country was the key to our success on this transaction,” said Medefind. “Immediately upon bringing the property to market, Rob called me, and I was able to walk him through all of the details very efficiently. Furthermore, the fact the buyer used Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation in today’s uncertain lending environment offered a level of comfort and probability that could not have been replicated elsewhere.”
