Marcus & Millichap Brokers $7M Sale of Bradenton Retail Property

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $6.7 million sale of Bennett Plaza, a 34,606-square-foot retail property in Bradenton.

Located at 5210 East State Rd. 64, the property is fully occupied with a long, stable occupancy history. A majority of the leases have annual increases, positioning the asset for long term rent growth. Additionally, a new Home Depot location is under construction two blocks from Bennett Plaza, and a new apartment complex was recently completed across the street.

James Medefind, James Garner and Jim Shiebler of Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office represented the seller, a private investor, in the transaction. The buyer was undisclosed.
