Marcus & Millichap Brokers $6M Sale of Lake Alfred Retail Property

Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $6 million sale of a 3,500-square-foot retail property net-leased to 7-Eleven in Lake Alfred, FL. Located at 180 N Lake Shore Way, the new construction is net-leased to 7-Eleven on a 15-year fee simple lease.

Gabriel Britti and Ronnie Issenberg of Marcus & Millichap’s Miami office, along with Kevin O’Hanlon of Marcus & Millichap’s Boston office represented the seller, a limited liability company, in the transaction.

“There were numerous all cash offers on the deal, showing the strong demand for Florida, credit tenant, absolute, net-lease single tenant investments especial service stations with accelerated depreciation,” said Issenberg.
