Marcus & Millichap Brokers $5M Sale of Dorchester MF Property 

Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of a 20-unit multifamily property in Dorchester, MA, for $5.29 million. The four-story property at 820-828 Blue Hill Ave offers a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments located near the Franklin Park Zoo and Talbot Ave.  

Griffith and Tony Pepdjonovic of Marcus & Millichap’s Griffith Pepdjonovic Group had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the Seller and procured the Buyer.
