Marcus & Millichap Brokers $5M Sale of Deland MF Property

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $5.2 million sale of Crossings at DeLand, a thirteen-building multifamily complex located in DeLand, FL.

The community is a seven-acre property with 84 feet of frontage on the St. Johns River. The property includes 52 apartment units and one single-family home, which was completely renovated in 2020. Crossings at DeLand is located at 2744 Botts Landing Road in DeLand. Although originally constructed in 1973, three of the buildings were completely rebuilt in 2007 with new roofs and upgraded interiors. Amenities include an on-site laundry facility, on-site leasing office, swimming pool and direct access to the St. Johns River.

Jason Hague, Duane Anderson, Adam Podbelski and Ned Roberts of Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office represented the seller, a limited liability company, in the transaction. The buyer, a private investor, was also secured and represented by the team.
