Marcus & Millichap Brokers $4M Sale of Net-Leased Tampa Retail Property

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $3.7-million sale of a 8,523-square-foot, net-leased retail property in Tampa.

Located at 1902 N. Dale Mabry Hwy., the property is currently leased to Sweet Tomatoes. The property is an out-parcel to a power center anchored by The Home Depot, Target, Whole Foods and Nordstrom Rack. The property is also nearby the 22-acre, $500-million Midtown Tampa Development Project, which is scheduled for completion in early 2021.

Jim Shiebler, James Garner and James Medefind of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a private investor, in the transaction. A 1031 exchange buyer purchased the property.

Connect South Florida is coming to Key Biscayne on Feb. 26, 2020. For more information, or to register, click here.
