Marcus & Millichap Brokers $4M Sale of Development Site in Apopka

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of Avian Pointe D.R. Horton Land, 118 finished townhome lots in Apopka, FL. The property sold for $4 million.

Avian Pointe D.R. Horton Land is located at 230 S Binion Rd in Apopka, FL. Avian Pointe is part of a master planned community that includes sites for townhomes, single family homes and apartments. In addition, Orlando County Public Schools will soon close on a future school site.

Paul Bouldin, along with development and land specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office represented the seller, a limited liability company, in the transaction. The buyer was homebuilder DR Horton.
