Marcus & Millichap Brokers $3M Sale of Valdosta State Student Housing Property

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $2.5 million sale of Baytree Court Student Housing, a 17-unit apartment property located in Valdosta, GA.

Located at 810 Baytree Rd., the property is nearby the campus of Valdosta State University. The 15,300 square-foot property was constructed in 2015 and features updated finishes as well as washer and dryers in each unit. Baytree Court is currently 100 percent occupied and has maintained 98 percent-plus occupancy rates over the last five years.

John Brigel of Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office represented the seller, a limited liability company, in the transaction. The buyer, a limited liability company, was also represented by Brigel as well as John Leonard of Marcus & Millichap.
