Marcus & Millichap Brokers $2M Sale of Bradenton MF Property

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $2.1 million sale of The Duplexes on 59th, an 18-unit apartment property in Bradenton, FL.

Located at 1103-1118 59th Avenue Circle East, 5924 12th Street East and 5922 12th Street East, the property consists of nine buildings with a unit mix of all three-bedroom, two-bathroom units. The property includes concrete block construction and had extensive renovations in 2020 including new roofs, exterior paint and six fully-upgraded units.

Adam Podbelski, Ned Roberts, Jason Hague and Sam Ferguson of Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office represented the seller, a limited liability company, in the transaction. The buyer was also a limited liability company.
