Marcus & Millichap Brokers $27M Sale of Amesbury MF Portfolio

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $26.5 million sale of the Amesbury Collection, an apartment portfolio consisting of two properties and 183 units in Amesbury, MASS.

The collection consists of the British Colonial Apartments, a 111-unit apartment community located on 164 Whitehall Road and Amesbury Gardens, a 72-unit complex located just over a mile away on 106 Friend St. British Colonial Apartments consists of a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments and features a swimming pool for residents, coin-operated laundry facilities and private balconies with views of the valley. Amesbury Gardens has studio, one-, and two-bedroom layouts and is walking distance to Amesbury’s historic downtown.

Evan Griffith and Tony Pepdjonovic of Marcus & Millichap’s Boston office represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. The buyer was also undisclosed.
