Marcus & Millichap Broker Sale of Wisconsin Retail Plaza

Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of a two-building, six-suite retail center in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin for $2.87 million.

“This center drew substantial investor interest thanks to its 100% occupancy and location in front of a well-ranked Walmart,” said Jeff Rowlett, senior managing director investments. 

Rowlett, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Elm Holdings 1 LLC. Jesse Schluter, founder of Wisconsin Commercial Real Estate, procured the buyer, a Wisconsin-based private investor. 

The property, located on 1.6 acres at 4321–4323 8th St. S, is shadow anchored by a high-performing Walmart Supercenter. Built in 2007, the two-building center includes six suites anchored by Maurices and Mattress Firm.
