Marcus & Millichap has added Evan Wayne as chief information officer. Wayne will spearhead the execution of all technology initiatives and expand the company’s longstanding commitment to utilizing technology to service and support its clients, brokers, capital markets professionals and corporate staff.

“Marcus & Millichap has been at the forefront of innovation, developing proprietary tools since our founding,” said Hessam Nadji, Marcus & Millichap’s president and CEO. “Evan brings extensive experience toward advancing our next-generation tools and systems, and in working with our CFO, Steve DeGennaro, who comes from an extensive technology background, will be an exciting value-add for MMI.”

Previously, Wayne was chief information officer for World Market, where he created an independent technology organization and led an extensive team of technology professionals.
