Marcus & Millichap Arranges Woonsocket Apartment Sale

Marcus & Millichap finalized the sale of Peters River Residences, a 36-unit apartment property in Woonsocket, RI, according to Thomas Shihadeh, regional manager of the firm’s Boston office. The asset sold for $4,875,000.  

Harry Verenis, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Boston office, marketed the property on behalf of the seller. The buyer was also secured and represented by Verenis.  

Peters River Residences is located at 77 Fulton St in Woonsocket, RI. The property is comprised of three buildings, consisting of two-bedroom and one-bathroom apartments.
