Marcus & Millichap closed on the sale of Big Blue Marble, a net-leased childcare property located in Buford, Georgia. The property sold for $3.37 million and is located at 2715 Mall of Georgia Boulevard.

Senior Managing Director Dominic Sulo, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Senior Managing Director Brian Munn, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Atlanta office.

Big Blue Marble Academy provides early care, preschool, and after-school care for children, and the company has childcare facilities all across the East Coast.
