Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of Wheeling Industrial Property

Marcus & Millichap has completed the sale of 100 Chaddick Drive, a 72,000-square-foot industrial property in Wheeling, Illinois, for $5.57 million.

“This property not only provides immediate, stable cash flow but also offers a future value-add opportunity, making it a strong long-term investment,” said Peter Doughty, first vice president investments. “Investor demand remains high for well-located, functional industrial assets like this one, particularly in established submarkets such as Wheeling.”

Doughty, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office, marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a private owner, and procured the buyer, a private out-of-state investor.
Built in 1990, the property is situated on 3.98 acres and offers strong regional connectivity just four miles from a full I-294 interchange.
