Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of Washington Office Building

Marcus & Millichap has completed the sale of Kadlec Urgent Care, a 7,111-square-foot office property located in Kennewick, Washington. The asset sold for $3.5 million.

The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Michael Babicz and RJ Vara, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Seattle office.

Kadlec Urgent Care is located at 4804 W Clearwater Ave in Kennewick, Washington. The Buyer was in a 1031 Exchange and successfully transitioned out of a land deal into a cash-flowing, single-tenant asset with minimal responsibilities.
