Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of Texas Roadhouse Property

Marcus & Millichap has completed the sale of a net-leased Texas Roadhouse property in Columbus, Ohio, for $3.17 million.

“Investor demand for well-located, triple-net investment properties remains strong,” said Jordan Klink. “This component, coupled with a strong national retailer and a long-term passive lease structure, drove strong interest in the subject offering.”

Klink and Kahlil Barnard, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Indianapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Solid Ground LLC. Chris Lind, Mark Ruble and Zack House from the firm’s Phoenix office procured the buyer, a Delaware limited liability company.

Texas Roadhouse, located at 5870 Carnaby Way in Columbus, Ohio, is secured by a brand-new 10-year absolute triple-net lease and has operated at the site for more than 20 years. It is located less than 15 minutes from both Downtown Columbus and John Glenn Columbus International Airport
