Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of Sumner Net-Leased Property

Marcus & Millichap has completed the sale of Valvoline, a 2,842-square-foot net-leased property located in Sumner, Washington.

The asset sold for $2,136,096, according to Joel Deis, regional manager of the firm’s Seattle office. The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Matthew Herman and RJ Vara, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Seattle office.

Valvoline is located at 1313 Valley Ave in Sumner, Washington. The Valvoline chain offers oil changes and a variety of other maintenance services.
