Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of Sherwin-Williams in WI

Marcus & Millichap, a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a brand-new Sherwin-Williams location in Janesville, Wisconsin. The property sold for $2.36 million. 

Dominic Sulo, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer. Todd Lindblom, a Broker of Record in Wisconsin, assisted in closing the transaction. 

The newly constructed 2024 property is located at 3301 Deerfield Drive, just outside the Madison, Wisconsin MSA. The asset is an outparcel to Pine Tree Plaza, an 184,834-square-foot shopping center anchored by major retailers like TJ Maxx, Home Goods and Petco, with high visibility from I-90.
