Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of Shell Gas Station in Seattle

Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Shell Station Ballard, a 1,950-square-foot net-leased property located in Seattle, Washington. The asset, occupied by Shell, a sold for $3.25 million.

Hank Wolfer, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Seattle office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a partnership. Shell Station Ballard is located at 6759 15th Ave NW.

The property will remain a Shell Station moving forward and will be operated by a local, experienced owner of several other fuel stations in the region. The building was remodeled in 2014 and sits on a .2 acre corner lot just blocks from Ballard High School and just over a mile from downtown Ballard and the Ballard waterfront.
