Marcus & Millichap completed the sale of Radford Village Apartments, a 44-unit multifamily property in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

Whiteside, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, D & F Investments, LLC, and procured the buyer, WJX, LLC.
Radford Village Apartments are situated on 3.71 acres at 500 Marion Road. Built in 2001 and fully renovated in 2018, the property offers one-, two- and four-bedroom floor plans across 49,224 rentable square feet. It is located near the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, the Oshkosh Riverwalk, and a range of downtown dining, shopping and entertainment options.
