Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of Minnesota Retail Strip

Marcus & Millichap has completed the sale of Lincoln Crossing, a five-suite retail strip property located in Fergus Falls, Minnesota. The property sold for $2.9 million.

“I am pleased we were able to assist the sellers in completing this transaction,” said Jack Mahler, associate. “Buyers have been highly selective over the past year. Through our marketing plan, we were able to bring in multiple competitive offers and drive the price to the top of the market.”

Mahler, Jeff Rowlett, Chris Collins, Eric Wagner and Zack Olson, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee and Minneapolis offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Lincoln Crossing LLP, and procured the buyer, Lincoln Crossing LLC.

Located at 2304 College Way, Lincoln Crossing is fully occupied by tenants including Caribou Coffee, Great Clips, Mattress Firm, Jimmy John’s and the Minnesota Department of Health. Built in 2016, the property spans 1.43 acres and features drive-thrus on both ends.
