Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of Indiana Net-Leased Caliber Collision

Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of a net-leased Caliber Collision property in Greenwood, Indiana, for $3.78 million.

The 33,511-square-foot auto-repair center is located at 155 Melody Avenue. Caliber Collision occupies the property under a double-net lease with more than three years remaining. “Investor interest remains strong for well-located, net-leased retail assets, particularly in growing suburban markets like Greenwood,” said Mitch Grant, associate director investments, and Nicholas Kanich, managing director investments. “We’re seeing encouraging signs of improvement across the market, and this sale reflects the continued demand for stable, income-producing properties.”

Grant and Kanich, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office, in association with Josh Caruana, Marcus & Millichap’s Indiana broker of record, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the Indiana-based seller. Dominic Sulo, Ryan Engle and Andrean Angelov from the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office procured the Illinois-based buyer.
