Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of Healthcare Portfolio in OK

Marcus & Millichap has completed the sale of a net-leased Xpress Wellness Urgent Care portfolio located in Elk City, and Enid, Oklahoma. The Elk City location at 411 W. 3rd Street sold for $2.56 million, and the Enid location at 220 S. Van Buren Street sold for $2.11 million.

Dominic Sulo, Senior Managing Director, and Benjamin Bach, Associate, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.

Sulo and Bach secured and represented the buyer, a limited liability company. Regional Manager and Broker of Record Steve Greer assisted in closing this transaction. The Xpress Wellness Urgent Care clinics are free-standing facilities offering walk-in treatment, lab testing, and diagnostic imaging.
