Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of Cincinnati Healthcare Property

Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of DaVita Cincinnati, a 6,640-square foot net lease DaVita property located in Cincinnati, Ohio. The asset went under contract to close in 63 days and sold for $1.58 million to an out-of-state buyer. DaVita is a provider of dialysis services and integrated health care management services.

Senior Managing Directors Austin Weisenbeck, Sean Sharko, and Associate, Daniel Chumbley, all investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, represented the seller, a limited liability company. Michael Glass, Broker of Record of Ohio, assisted in closing this transaction.

Situated at 6929 Silverton Avenue in Cincinnati, Ohio, DaVita has been a steadfast presence since the clinic’s establishment in the year 2000. The clinic is located within a two-mile radius of Mercy Health Hospital, an 184-bed facility with a workforce of 33,500 employees.
