Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of Central Oregon Apartments

Commercial real estate brokerage firm Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of Trailside Apartments, a 26-unit multifamily community in Madras, OR. Georgie Christensen-Riley and Joshua C. Reynolds, out of the firm’s Portland, OR office, represented both the undisclosed buyer and seller in the $3 million transaction.

“The market today presents several challenges for buyers, sellers and brokers,” said Christensen-Riley in a news release. “Because of our well-established buyer network, we were able to secure the perfect buyer for this deal who closed quickly at the contract price. It’s more important than ever to lean on brokers who have a proven track record.”

Located at 37 NE 8th St., Trailside Apartments is a 32-year-old community that features two-bedroom floorplans with plenty of tenant parking, private balconies and nearby parks. Madras, the county seat of Jefferson County, is located in Central Oregon, approximately 45 miles north of Bend.
