Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of Burien Mixed-Use Building

Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of 76 Gas Station and Development, a 4,107-square-foot mixed-use property located in Burien, Washington. The asset sold for $4.1 million.

RJ Vara, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Seattle office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a partnership. The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Anne Goldman and RJ Vara.

76 Gas Station and Development is located at 18040 1st Ave S and 18032 1st Avenue S. The property generated over ten qualified offers and navigated a false positive environmental testing. The buyer and seller negotiated short-term seller financing that was desirable to both.
