Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of a 34K-SF Industrial in WA

Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of GTS Interior Supply, a 34,470-square-foot industrial property located in Everett, Washington. The asset sold for $6.6 million.

The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by RJ Vara, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Seattle office. GTS Interior Supply is located at 2010 West Casino Road in Everett. 

The property closed below a 5% cap rate, navigated significant deferred maintenance during escrow and was sold to an out-of-state investor. The seller arranged a 1031 leg, which will achieve a 209% net cash flow increase.
