Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of a 17K-SF Seattle Industrial Building

Marcus & Millichap has completed the sale of the Former Warp Exhibits Building, a 17,170-square-foot industrial property located in Seattle, Washington.

The asset sold for $4.85 million. Anne Moxon and RJ Vara, commercial investment specialists at The Vara Group of Marcus & Millichap’s Seattle office, were the exclusive seller representatives and also procured the Buyer, a local business, to purchase the property.

The property is located at 631 S 96th St in Seattle, and comprises two buildings: a main warehouse and a small annex building. “The property is well-designed for heavy power use and benefits from an exceptional location in South Park,” said Moxon. “With seamless access to major transportation corridors, our buyer is thrilled to place another footprint in the area and continue expanding business operations.”
