Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of 46K SF Palatine Office Building
Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Palatine Center, a 46,095-square-foot office property located in Palatine, Illinois, for $5 million.
Tammy Saia, first vice president, and Tami Andrew, associate, both investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a limited liability company located in Texas, was secured by Andrew and Saia.
Located at 865-909 E. Wilmette Road, the 46,095-square-foot, single-story campus comprises three buildings and accommodates five tenants. The property was 100 percent occupied at the time of sale, with 85 percent of tenants at the location for 17-27 years. The anchor tenant, a specialized school providing programming tailored to student needs, occupied most of the space.
