Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of 42-Unit MF in Minnesota

Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of Hampton Place, a 42-unit multifamily property in St. Cloud, Minnesota, for $2.35 million.

“Demand for naturally affordable housing like Hampton Place remains strong in St. Cloud and similar communities,” said Chris Collins, senior director investments. Collins and Evan Miller, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer, both Minnesota limited liability companies.

Hampton Place is located at 503 15th Ave. SE and features a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units across 34,597 rentable square feet. Built in 1989, the property is on 1.65 acres in St. Cloud, a regional hub known for its strong education, healthcare and arts sectors. It is less than 10 minutes from St. Cloud State University and the Mississippi River.
