Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of 265-Unit Miami Apartment Tower

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of Hamilton on the Bay, a 28-story, 275-unit apartment tower in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood. The sales price was not disclosed.

The property is adjacent to Interstate 195, which provides freeway access in all directions via connections with Interstate 95. Community amenities at the property include covered parking, a heated pool, barbecue area overlooking Miami Bay and lobby with fishponds as well as a running track, two racquetball courts and a tennis court.

Rani Hussami of the Hussami Rockson Group of Marcus & Millichap represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. The buyer was also undisclosed.
