Marcus & Millichap Arranges Multi-Tenant Retail Sale

Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of Kedzie Plaza, a 73,876-square-foot multi-tenant retail property located in Chicago, Illinois. According to Steven Weinstock, regional manager and senior vice president of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office, the asset sold for $5.225 million.

Adrian Mendoza, first vice president, along with Austin Weisenbeck and Sean Sharko, senior managing directors, all investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, sourced this off-market opportunity for a repeat client, a local high-net-worth private investor. The Sharko | Weisenbeck | Mendoza Group of Marcus & Millichap has sold over $3.5 billion in commercial real estate with over 861 transactions in 35 states.

Kedzie Plaza is located at 4725 S. Kedzie Avenue and has a strong mix of national and local tenants, including Dunkin’, Metro by T-Mobile, Subway, Domino’s Pizza, and Sally Beauty. The center is situated adjacent to Pete’s Fresh Market grocery store and O’Reilly’s Auto Parts.
