Marcus & Millichap Arranges $7M Sale of Retail Property in Wildwood

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $7.1 million sale of a retail property net-leased to 7-Eleven in metro Orlando’s Wildwood submarket.

The triple net lease property consists of a 3,520 square foot retail space, a two-row canopy with eight dispensers (16 fueling stations) and a 980 square foot car wash and with parking on a large two-acre parcel. The property is located at 2702 S Orange Ave.

Gabriel Britti, Kevin O’Hanlon and Ronnie Issenberg of Marcus & Millichap’s Miami office represented the seller, a limited liability company, in the transaction. The buyer was not disclosed.
