Marcus & Millichap Arranges 50K-SF Self-Storage Sale

Marcus & Millichap facilitated the sale of Mountain View RV & Mini Storage, a 49,675-square-foot self-storage facility located in Madras, Oregon.

David Tabata, regional manager of the firm’s Portland office, assisted with the transaction and reported that the facility sold for $6 million. Christopher Secreto and Samuel Olson, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Seattle office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on the sellers’ behalf and represented the buyer. The sellers developed the facility, which was purchased by an out-of-state buyer.

Mountain View RV & Mini Storage is located at 2086 NW Andrews Drive and is one of just a few storage facilities in Madras. The property is close to nearby cities, including Culver, Prineville, Metolius, and Warm Springs, and features 358 self-storage units and was built in two phases in 2020 and 2022.
