Marcus & Millichap Arranges $4M Sale of San Diego Retail Center

Marcus & Millichap has announced the $4 million sale of the Bay Ho Shopping Center, a 14,500-square-foot retail property in the Bay Ho neighborhood of San Diego. Nicholas Totah and Ross Sanchez in Marcus & Millichap’s Downtown San Diego office had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.

Located at 4011 Avati Drive, the 1.3-acre property was built in 1970 and consists of seven retail tenants accounting for 71% occupation at closing. The center’s location also provides easy access to Interstate 5.

Bay Ho is a coastal neighborhood of San Diego within close proximity to Pacific Beach, La Jolla and Mission Bay as well as Clairemont and the new Morena Boulevard Transit Station.
