Marcus & Millichap Arranges $45M Sale of Two Shopping Centers in Massachusetts

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of two shopping centers in Massachusetts totaling $44.5 million.

The properties are the 85,199-square-foot Carver Shopping Center, in Carver, which sold for $25 million, and The Shops at Lynnfield, a 64,056-square-foot center in Lynnfield that traded for $19.55 million. Built in 2005, the Carver Shopping Center is a Shaw’s grocery store-anchored center located just off U.S. Route 44, between Plymouth and Middleborough, 45 miles south of Boston. Located along Route 1, one of the busiest commuter roads in the greater Boston area, The Shops at Lynnfield is 15 miles from Downtown Boston.

Glen Kunofsky, Josh Kanter and Anthony D’Ambrosia in Marcus & Millichap’s Manhattan and Boston offices brokered the transactions. The buyer and seller were not disclosed. Marcus & Millichap’s broker of record in Massachusetts is John Horowitz.
